If you failed to follow my terms of service, you will be blacklisted and can no longer commission me in the future.

No ship art involving Jamil Viper (Twisted Wonderland) and Tsukishima Kei (Haikyuu!!)

⋆. 𐙚 ˚ All commissioned artwork will have my watermark.♡ Clients has the right to tell me if they don't want their commissioned artwork to be posted on any of my social medias.⋆. 𐙚 ˚ I have the rights to decline a commission if I deem it too hard for me.♡ References are required.⋆. 𐙚 ˚ Client may display the commissioned artwork in their profiles as long as the artist's name [@K4SUMIS0U] is prominently displayed.♡ Clients are required to pay 50% down payment first or full payment before I start their art commission.⋆. 𐙚 ˚ Payments are made via PayPal invoice for int'l clients and local e-wallets (GCash/Maya) or bank transfer for local clients.♡ Strictly no refunds.⋆. 𐙚 ˚ I am allowing 5 minor changes before the rendering process, there should be no more any adjustments after you approve the linework. If you exceeded 5 revisions, I will be charging you 15 USD for each revision.⋆. 𐙚 ˚ Nothing made by gypsophila/@K4SUMIS0U may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTS, cryptocurrency, OR future inventions in the space.♡ No uploading of the commissioned artworks to any AI generating website.⋆. 𐙚 ˚ I retain all legal rights to my artworks. For this reason, my artworks are for non-commercial use only unless you purchase separate commercial use authorization from me. (AKA my artwork may not be used in anything that will turn up a profit be it games, books, art pieces, merchandise, comics etc.)♡ Under NO circumstances is my art allowed to be traced, altered, or referenced.

TURNAROUND TIME AND PROCESS

• Rough sketch is done around 7-14 days or longer. Rendering process is 3-5 weeks or longer. All of this may subject to change, it may depend on your slot, the complexity of your commissioned artwork, and my health.• After sending me your commission request, I’ll ask for more details if needed and answer any of your question(s). Then, I’ll come back to you before 24 hours to give you my quote price.• After finding common ground, getting the first invoice, I’ll start working on your commission.• Once the commission is finished, no more changes or edits can be made.^{STEP ONE: SKETCH STAGE
• I'll start sketching your art commission, then present it so you can see if there should be any revisions or none.
STEP TWO: LINEWORK STAGE
• I’ll clean the rough sketch, do the linework, then apply base colors. There should be no revisions after this.
STEP THREE: RENDERING STAGE
• The most time-consuming part, I might not be able to update you as much as before because I’ll need to focus on the piece. However, feel free to DM me for updates.
STEP FOUR: FINAL EFFECTS
• I’ll be adding effects, filters, and simple background. You’ll receive three files, one with background, one without, and a watermarked version for posting.
STEP FIVE: SENDING FILES
• Finally, you will receive a watermarked digital files via final delivery on VGen or via email.}
